Partners
Community Action Partnership has received a variety of support from other organizations in the delivery of this grant. In order to support their mission, our partners are moving forward to identify additional grants and activities to help build capacity for all organizations addressing social service needs of our community. Together we have launched a partnership that we believe will move Sonoma County through a new and exciting capacity building journey.
