  – Dena serves as the CCBG Assistant Director overseeing the delivery of the capacity building grant. Previously Dena served as Manager of Sonoma County’s JobLink and has a long history of management consulting in the areas of team development and effective communication for supervisors and managers. She has an M.A. from University of San Francisco and has served on the UCF Adjunct Faculty.

–        Rita has worked at Community Action Partnership since 2005 in the role of housing advocacy. Rita currently coordinates the grantee training and technical assistance requests and provides assistance in the area of administrative coordination and grant monitoring. She also has a background in human resources and housing advocacy.

Teddie Pierce (Fiscal Grant Specialist) tpierce@capsonoma.org (707) 544-6911 x1017

–        Teddie has an extensive background in non profit financial system consulting.  Her specialty is in custom database requirements, financial software consulting and report writing. She is responsible for the CCB outcome monitoring as well as providing financial & data consulting through the Technical Assistance component of the grant.

Ellena (Scotty) Baney (IT Manager - Database & Web Applications Focus) ccbgstaff@capsonoma.org

–        Scotty serves as Community Action’s IT Department Manager. She holds AS Computer Science from SRJC and BS Information Technology Management from Golden Gate University. Scotty is skilled in numerous database and web programming applications as well as computer operating systems.  She provides IT consulting through the Technical Assistance area of the grant.

Tina Barrett (IT Specialist – Hardware & Networking Focus) ccbgstaff@capsonoma.org

  – Tina comes to our organization with an extensive background in telecommunications, installation, repair and maintenance of both Macs and PC’s. She has worked over 10 years experience in the educational setting designing and installing networks, hardware, software and websites. She has authored district technology plans as well as performed high level computer product purchasing duties.
