The Southwest Family Resource Center is another program
of Community Action Partnership of Sonoma County, and has been working with
families in the Bellevue, Roseland and Wright School Districts since 1993.
Our goal is to guide families
through the process of self-discovering of their potential using their existent
skills and resources to meet their needs and thus achieve self-sufficiency.
