The Department of Learning and Innovation evaluates the Agency's programs and their impact, identifies existing promising practices within our Agency and helps them reach best practice standards, and develops ways the Agency can provide capacity building support to other agencies.
Community Action Partnership is committed to achieving a greater impact and moving more people out of poverty. To do so, we are regularly examining our services to assure that they are effective. We are placing a greater emphasis on documenting outcomes and implementing evidence-based practices. We also support our partner non-profits in the county in increasing the effectiveness of their programs. By broadening our impact, we will move more people out of poverty.
