In 2003 CAPSC found itself in need of more space. More space for staff, more space for meetings, more space for training and more space to ensure that our staff can do the work that needs to be done to fulfilled the mission of the agency. So in a bold and forward thinking move, the Board and Management staff took advantage of the state of the commercial real estate market and purchased a facility - a home and asset. Our building is large enough to be a "central home" for all of our programs, house our growing administration and, best of all, there is room for growth! The great by-product of our having enough space is that we can share it. There is some office space available for rent and we can also allow outside groups to rent meeting or training room spaces. If you are interested in office space or facility use for your group, please contact Thomas Westberg, the Facility Manager.
This room can be set up for one large meeting, with the tables in the center (pictured above). In this orientation the room is 510 square feet. Yet another variation that shows this rooms versatility is "classroom" orientation (pictured above). We find that this is very good for trainings or meetings utilizing various multi-media equipment. Additionally, the training room can be divided into two equally sized, smaller rooms (pictured above).
When this room is in the large meeting orientation (pictured above,) the space measures square ~250 feet with the ~14 people able to sit at the meeting table and another ~17 around the room. We find that this room is great for teleconferencing and "low-tech" meetings. Another great use of this room is commonly referred to as "theater style" (not pictured.) One of the great benefits of the large conference room is that it comes equipped with a private patio (pictured above.)
We have a host of training equipment and multi media meeting enhancers. Such as, six wireless laptops Internet capable, mobile data projectors, slide projectors, VCRs, large screen TV, flip charts, mobile dry erase boards...and much more.
Whether you are looking for a little office space to run a program from or you need all support systems - we can accommodate. Currently there are six available cubicles. Each one is equipped as shown above - left and is roughly 60 square feet and wired for telcom and data.
We are able to offer common reception services, networking, telecommunications, networked - digital copiers, fax machines to help you and your program accomplish your mission.
