Community Action Partnership's Youth and Neighborhood Services Division works with youth and families to assist them in moving out of poverty and into self sufficiency.
Our Vision: We seek to strengthen families by providing education, training, and support to parents and their children.
What We Do: Our Division engages parents as their child's first and foremost teacher from preschool through college with emphasis on transition periods including home to school, elementary to middle school, middle to high school, and high school to college. Division programming includes parent education, support for parents and youth through transitions, youth leadership and civic engagement, mentoring, advocacy, linking families to resources, multi-faceted collaboration, and neighborhood/community strengthening activities.
