Disaster Recovery Case Manager

Employment Type: FT (40 hours per week)

SUMMARY OF POSITION

The full-time, non-exempt, Disaster Recovery Case Manager provides long term case management services to fire survivors served by Rebuilding Our Community (ROC) Sonoma on behalf of Catholic Charities. The Recovery Case Manager (RCM) is responsible for providing services to clients who were affected by the 2017 Fires; the purpose of this position is to provide long term support to families as they rebuild their homes and their lives.
Recovery Case Management activities will include screening, assessment, planning, goal setting and supporting client access to resources, both financial and referral. RCM work with ROC Sonoma to help clients’ access the Unmet Needs funding after traveling through the appropriate sequence of delivery, which helps determine appropriate financial assistance such as rental and down payment subsidy assistance to obtain long-term housing; facilitation of credit counseling and financial education, guiding participants with the development, implementation and monitoring of individualized opportunity plans, providing assistance with finding and accessing appropriate related community resources and assisting participants with identifying and overcoming any barriers to access services and achieving goals.

FAMILY OUTREACH WORKER–Bilingual

Employment Type: 8 Hrs/Day, Monday through Friday, 12 Months/year

SUMMARY OF POSITION

Under the direction of the FOW Supervisor and in partnership with the ERSEA and Health Services Manager and the Family Services Manager, implement the Family Service and Parent/Family engagement goals and objectives; recruit to assure full enrollment in the program at all times, maintain compliance to the Head Start Performance Standards, Service Area Written Plans, Procedures, and Policies. FOOD SERVICE DELIVERY DRIVER

Teacher 1

Curriculum Supervisor

Employment Type: : 40 hours per week/ Full Time

Summary of Position

Under direction of Assistant Director, ensures the implementation of curriculum fidelity for the Head Start and Early Head Start programs in compliance with ACF Performance Standards, the Service Area Written Plans, and California State Licensing regulations. Monitor and train to assure that program is providing high quality and child development services for all children enrolled in program including children with disabilities to promote cognitive, social and emotional growth for later success in school. Support teaching staff in the Head Start, Early Head Start, and Prenatal Home Visiting Program.

ON CALL SHELTER ASSISTANT

Employment Type: : On-call, Mon-Fri 8 am to 5 pm and
Saturday-Sunday 9 am 3:30 pm

Summary of Position

Under general supervision of the Pathways Program Manager or Case Manager on duty, the On-Call Shelter Assistant maintains the women’s shelter facility, works with the residents and alerts the Pathways Program Manager or Case Manager to actual or potential problems with the residents as well as provides clerical support as trained.

Center Director (formerly Head Teacher)

Hours:  8 Hrs/Day, Monday through Friday, 10 or 11 Months/Year

Summary of Position

Under the direction of the Area or Site Supervisor, administer a Head Start center operation guided by Head Start Performance Standards, Service Area Written Plans, Procedures, and Policies and California State Community Care Licensing regulations. Supervises the following staff: Teacher II, Teacher 1, Site Assistant, and if assigned: Language Resource Aide and Full Inclusion Assistant. Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the Agency’s policies and applicable federal and state laws.

Center Director I: Teaches children 4 days/week. Coordinates work and supervises employees of a one classroom site with up to two sessions.
Center Director II: Teaches children 4 days/week. Coordinates work and supervises employees of a site with more than one classroom.
