Low-Income Permanent Supportive Housing

Permanent Supported Housing offers low- income rentals for families whose income qualifies under the current Department of Housing and Urban Development federal guidelines.

The program offers 1, 2, 3 and 4 bedroom apartments in two complexes in the City of Santa Rosa. Residents are offered services to assist them with financial literacy, small business development, job retention, and resources to help them with unmet needs.

Tenants sign a month to month rental agreement, adhere to program policies and work with a resource advisor.

City of Santa Rosa Housing Vouchers are accepted.
